AirPod Pro and IPhone 13. Trying to change name. When I select “i” next to AirPod name, I don’t have a “name” option. Shows up as Model Name and nothing happens when I tap on it. I have reset both phone and AirPods, nothing.

Be sure that your AirPods are both properly paired and connected to your iPhone, and then, go thru those steps again to try renaming them.
If that still doesn't work, try forgetting them from the phone, and then, try re-pairing them again.

Forget the device and see if it shows up, it did for me but then it wouldn’t let me change the name so I restarted my phone (it’s also a 13) and tried again then it finally worked!
