icloud lock
my device has been icloud locked with a old apple id and i cant remember the password nor gmail that i used, is there any way to bypass this or factory reset my device

No. You can only unlock it using the original password. Try to reset at iforgot.apple.com.
You can also start an unlock request with support if you have your original purchase receipt from Apple.
