my iPhone is disabled how do I unlock it

I can't remember my 6 digit code to unlock it but now it won't let me do anything it says it's disabled

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
