Battery health dropping 3% in 2 weeks

my iPhone battery health dropped 3% in 2 weeks. Even though, I always charge it 20-80%, with a 20W apple charger in cold environment. I do not have severe usage nor do I play games on my iPhone. This is alarming since iPhone resale value is dependent on battery health in my country.

Battery Health decline is not linear, meaning it can remain steady for a while, then drop a few points. Typically, you can expect to lose 1% per month. What you failed to tell us is what the current battery health is and how many months you've owned your iPhone. One thing you can count on is for your battery health to continue to decline. Batteries are consumable parts and with every full cycle charge, battery health declines. This is normal, expected and can't be stopped. I find it difficult to believe battery health is a major factor in resale value. ALL cell phone batteries lose battery health naturally. It can't be stopped.

All is fine. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when, the Battery Health decreases. Once the Battery Heath reaches 80% or lower, Apple recommends you get a new battery.
