How do I make myself the organizer instead of my partner?

My wife doesn’t know how to make me the organizer. 🤥Anyway, Is there anyway I can change the account to have myself as the organizer? How does one become the organizer to start with? I thought I would have to give some permission before the account and cards are overtaken by the Organizer 🤔 Silly Me. If someone knows the best way for me to do this without starting a new account I’d appreciate the knowledge. Thanks in advance.
