Your best bet is to get this issue examined at the Apple Store. I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

I'm sure you know the answer to this and it is possible that you will no longer be able to use your phone again or it may work after a while before other problems show up. Your best bet is to just wait and see after it dries out. Most likely the water sensors in the phone will be activated and Apple will not even be able to service it. I do wish you luck and wait for it to air dry for at least a day before attempting to plug it into power.
