notifications not popping up

A. Doublecheck your settings: Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Check what is Allowed: Notifications: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

C. Disable Screen Time:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Screen Time
3. Tap: Turn Off Screen Time(so that it is greyed-out)
