You ire should be directed at Chase Bank, who made the arbitrary and capricious decision to limit use of reasonably secure versions of Safari on slightly older Macs.
The net result will be that their competitor, who runs the Apple credit card that provides low-cost installment payments for a new Apple computer, will profit handsomely.

Ahh... that's nice, fantasy type of thinking, and would be (in the VERY much unlikelihood) Chase would even offer that information .... probably some "head of" IT department, most likely "PC" knowledge driven person. Meaning - they generally have very little macOS knowledge, and don't care anyway.
As a Chase and an Apple card customer - I know Chase really doesn't care about Apple Card profitability or competition either, and unfortunately, my Chase account is a necessary business account.
Because there is great effort needed by many in this type of situation - "The Man" usually wins in the end. :-( Apple wins in this situation, too, because I'm shopping for a new Mac.
oh well. LOL
You can't. Use a different web browser to access their site.
