eSIM issue

How do I unlock the eSIM on my late wife’s iPhone 14pro. She was with AT&T (account closed) I am with T-Mobile and cannot move my number to her phone.

To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.
