A component on my iPhone's Logic Board is damaged and will require the entire board to be replaced. I plan on dropping it off at my local Best Buy for repairs. Most of my important data is backed up, but there are things in the Notes app and in Files that are not backed up to the cloud. Are these files at all salvageable?

And even if it can be, the storage is on the logic board. if you replace the logic board, the storage gets replaced at the same time. Anything stored on the device is gone the moment the logic board is removed.

You can not purchase a new iPhone 13 Pro logic board from any authorized source. No authorized service provider will replace the logic board. The only authorized method of 'repair' for a faulty or damaged logic board is complete replacement of the device.
Sorry, but a logic board replacement isn’t an option. The entire device has to be replaced.
Even if it were possible, you would absolutely lose any data that was not backed up or stored elsewhere.

The $600 figure is likely the cost for a replacement phone, which will not be "new".....it will be a refurbished phone.
