I got a text from UPS and accidentally clicked the link. It was phishing. I’m afraid my phone now has malware or a virus. Should I take it to the Apple Store or do something else? How can I tell?

Your phone does NOT have malware now. The only thing that would be a problem is if you provided personal information such as your Apple ID or Password after clicking the link. By clicking the link, you did let the sender know that you clicked it which may mean that you will receive more messages like that, but in no way are they able to control your phone or access information from it.
