I'm trying to purchase additional icloud storage for my iphone, but i can't seem to get passed the 'close your browser window and go back to complete your purchase' message.
I complete the payment verification process, close the browser as suggested, but there is simply no other follow-up screen where i'm requested to confirm or complete my purchase. Please help! I've attempted this on my phone, and my PC, and i get the same message.

After selecting 'buy more storage', I'm asked to verify my payment details. Once verified, I come across the following message - 'close your browser window and go back to complete your purchase' message. I close the browser, and nothing happens.

When trying to upgrade using your iPhone, are these the steps you're using and not the website: Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
How to upgrade on your iPhone or iPad
1. Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap iCloud, then tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage. Or scroll down and tap Upgrade to iCloud+.
3. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
Choose a plan and follow the onscreen instruction
If so, what happens when trying to upgrade your storage there? Does an alert appear, and if so, what does it say?
