Apple Watch Series 8 burn marks

I purchased Series 8 a few months back and am seeing a burning mark on my left wrist. What should I do? I don't have any allergy.

Apple later sent me a follow-up email with links about how to wear and how to clean the watch, but no official written explanation or resolution. I have a medical appointment this weekend to have the mark assessed and plan to share the results when available. Has anyone else experienced similar skin burns or irritation from the Ultra 2 sensors? Also, has Apple provided any written findings or refunds in your cases?
