You cannot transfer money from an Apple Card credit card to Apple Cash.

Apple Cash does NOT require a debit card, it IS a debit card that you fund with a bank account (checking or savings). You cannot use a third party debit card to fund your Apple Cash account. You cannot use your Apple Card Mastercard credit card to fund your Apple Cash account either.
