My iPhone 12, when connected to CarPlay, won’t make or receive calls successfully. Caller can’t be heard until cable pulled out and Bluetooth kicks in.

My car is a Hyundai i30 (2016). I’ve only had this issue with the CarPlay/phone for the last 12-18 months.
No one seems to be able to fix it. I’ve been to Telstra shops and car service places but no solutions.
We have done all the resets/ updates/ settings… no change.
Someone must have a solution?
Someone must know how to restore the phone option.
It depends on the Car Model that you have.
