About how my thing always says billing

Every time I want to download a game now then it always says billing and it use to never but it is now even I tried kid games to see if it work and it did even little little kid games and still

You usually need to have added a valid payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. You can find the acceptable payment methods for your country here;
