Apple Watch stopped syncing names

Not sure if it’s due to an upgrade but lost all names from contacts.

have tried on/off etc, rest sync devices etc. No luck..

help

Also, if I ’erase all Apple Watch content and settings’ does this lose all my history such as fitness tracking etc?

Thanks in advance. Watch had been perfect up until now!

Other data in storage on Apple Watch Series 10 I have been reading the issues with the “other” data in the Apple Watches storage. About un pairing and pairingback up to your iPhone and watch. I’m wondering then when you pair both items back do you have to Reinstall your apps, lose all your data that you had in there before the unpairIng?
