I have been reading the issues with the “other” data in the Apple Watches storage. About un pairing and pairingback up to your iPhone and watch. I’m wondering then when you pair both items back do you have to Reinstall your apps, lose all your data that you had in there before the unpairIng?

When you unpair the watch, a backup of the watch will be made. When you pair the watch, you will be asked if you want to restore the watch from the backup.
