After updating to iOS 16.6.1, almost all of my Notes have disappeared! I did not accidentally delete them, I’ve checked my settings to make sure everything is turned on and nothing I’ve tried has worked so far. Help!

Okay this is the same thing that has happened to me they reappears after a back up but as soon as I noticed jr they disappeared again I’m gonna try one more time to restore the old back up how soon should I check the notes app?
I’ve lost all my notes after updated to new iOS 17.4.1 version of my I phone 13 pro max, shall know how can I recover all the notes? 😂😂😭😭
My notes app did too!!!! I am devastated. I went to iPad and it’s removed from there too. I went to iCloud.com and it’s gone!!!!!
I’m so glad you were able to find your notes! They must have fixed the problem with Yahoo accounts because all of my notes are back in the app! I already had my phone set to sync with iCloud, but I’m very thankful for MaxGabriel1219’s help as well. Hopefully it will help others in the future! I would have never thought to check my email for the notes so I’m very grateful for kb1951’s help! This is an awesome, helpful community!
Do you have a yahoo account? If so, go online to your account and see if they are there. Several people have reported this issue.

I logged into my yahoo account and went to my email. I scrolled all the way to the bottom to the folders section. It had a notes folder and all my notes were in there! I’m so relieved!
Yahoo is working on a fix, hopefuly they will have it resolved soon.

If you look at the notes folders you will see they are actually associated with your email. Gmail, yahoo, and I assume the others as well.
I found them on my yahoo account. Thank you! But the instructions from MaxGabriel1219 restored them to my Notes on my iPhone. Im glad to have them back.
