Did everything suggested in any and all forums. I did get approximately 18 Notes to reload to my phone from Yahoo after some of these suggestions but the rest of the Notes will not reload to the phone despite them all being in the Yahoo Notes folder.

Actually, it is a Yahoo issue. They are aware of it and are working on a fix.
They are not deleted, they just aren't showing up. Log into your Yahoo email account and look for a folder called Notes, they will be in there. You can view them from there for the time being until Yahoo comes up with a fix.

This isn’t a Yahoo issue, it is Apple issue from latest update. See all of the others with same issue. The Notes were deleted by the last update and are not reloading from the Yahoo account. My Notes are through my Yahoo account. I don’t have Notes on ICloud.

Notes were deleted after latest Apple update like lots of others. My Notes are on Yahoo. I can find my notes on my Yahoo account but can't get all of them to reload onto the Iphone.
