Humidity inside of Apple Watch serie 7

I'm reporting my apple watch 7 screen got dettached and the inside part of the watch is all rust due to humidity. I took it for service at an Apple retailer but they gave me a report that the watch is beyond repair. It is an outrage that a watch that can go up to 50 meters in water get in such conditions when I never go to swimming nor even took showers with it, I even dry clothed the watch when I sweated.
The watch started to fail some 4 months ago and the microphone stopped working
Now the dettached screen is the worst
I purchased the watch 14 months ago to an Apple shop.
No positive answer received from Apple watch service in Cali-Colombia (Southamerica) and their lack of attention is really disappointing.
I will never buy again an Apple product, this is the first time I have a problem with the brand and the attention has been most disappointing.

It is a common misconception that watches rated at 50m water can be used at 50m. Try it on your 50m rated Timex.

It means shallow swim but not showering, and is a universally tolerated watch industry scam,

Water resistance weakens over the years.

Buy a new watch is the cheapest option and don't get it wet unless you also buy AppleCare+

I could only guess what you did to it but breaching the seals came before the water got in. Humidity did not break the seals.

Perhaps I did not explain myself enough. I never had a bath, nor swimm wearing the watch, I even used a cloth to dry it when sweating and still humidity got inside the watch. I do not want to know what could happen if I had taken the watch for swimming or to have a shower! It is not good quality, now I’m realizing of many users complaining about it. I always had Polar watches and changed for this time to series 7, bad decision. I purchased 10 days ago the latest Polar, I really would never buy an Apple watch again.

Still, 14 months of use and the screen dettached because of humidity inside? The watch is not good quality. Worse, technical service, the guys at Apple representative in Colombia (Ishop) they feel like god because working for the brand!….

Nothing, to be honest my wife even mocked me because I even dry clothed the watch when sweating! It is not the first smartwatch I own, I had a Samsung S3 Gear Frontier and after 5 years still working, I still have my old Polar watches, 10, 8 and 5 years old and still working. Apple watch is not good quality.

I’m not the only one, right now about 65 persons have contacted me with the same issue, you can not defend what is indefensible, the watch is a “delicate piece of junk” and technical service is even worst.
