Blocked options on email

After receiving an unwanted email, I tap email address to block it but I don’t get that option on my iPhone 11

I set up blocked email to delete folder on my iPad Hi all I have set up on my iPad 11 for all my blocked emails to drop into my delete folder instead of my inbox, I don’t know why but they are still arriving in my inbox with the blocked sign on the email, I have double check my email setup and it’s shows that the rule should bypass my inbox and go to my delete folder, any ideas please on what I am doing wrong. No this does not help because the “blocked option” on my email has disappeared. I don’t get an option to block it when I tap on name above email address. All the other options appear but block does not.
