What can someone with your IMEI and serial number do to your iPhone? Alas, nothing.
The IMEI identifies your cellphone to the carrier network. Among other applications, it is used as part of your cellular plan. Assuming your cellular carrier isn’t ragingly incompetent, nothing happens there, either.
The serial number is used to check your device, its configuration, warranty, and related. It’s not a remote key.
Neither IMEI nor serial number are used for Find My tracking.
