i dont have access to apple ID
Hello ,
unfortunately I don't have access to my main Apple ID. Its an account that im paying every month 11$ for 2T space and now im blocked
please find me a solution

If Apple told you that the Apple ID is permanently disabled or permanently unavailable, then it is permanently unavailable.
If there are still active subscriptions with that permanently blocked Apple ID, then you will have ro resolve those with Apple Support, or dispute those via your payment provider.
Folks here don’t work for Apple, don’t have access to your Apple ID, and cannot resolve issues with your Apple ID or payments. You’ll need to continue those discussions with Apple Support.
