Forgot my Apple ID and Face ID issue

About my Apple ID, it says that my apple id was lock for security reason. I can’t unlock it and verify my identity because i didn’t use my trusted number for so long and also i forgot my email account password.

And for my Face ID issue, it says that there is a problem on my TrueDepth camera, i did follow the steps on how to fix it but still it wont work.

Unable to reset Apple ID password I've reset my password in the past without difficulty. Recently I've been trying to reset for 10 days now. It won't recognize my other apple devices. I can't download the Apple Support app because I don't have access to my Apple password. I've tried to use my daughter's phone to assist, without success. I've been notified that I will be recieving an email stating that I've waited sufficiently for Apple to allow me to reset. I've never received . I can use my face ID to log in to my account on a laptop but cannot change Pass on the web. Please help.
