Move/Standing/Activity Rings & Steps not showing on Apple Fitness App not activating - Garmin Watch

My fitness app is no longer getting data from Apple Health and Garmin Connect. I use to get my move ring to move and close with my activities and steps also use to show. I once had a Apple watch paired to my phone, but I unpaired it once my Garmin because my primary watch. Then it all stopped working. I even deleted all my apps (Starva, MapMy, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness, Apple Health, and Apple Watch) unpaired my Garmin watch and deleted it off bluetooth and took it off the Garmin Connect app. Once I restarted my phones I waited a while amd redownloaded all the apps, paired my Garmin and signed back into my Connect app. But i still cannot get my Red Ring too even show up and my steps. My Apple Health shows my steps and Fitness shows that i did a workout through Garmin Connect but does not show the Red Move Ring or steps. You can only see my steps on Garmin Connect and Apple Health, but Apple Health does not show acitivity. I also went into the Apple Health App and made my Garmin Connect app the priority on whatever tabs it let me change it too.

So my question is how do i get my Red Move Ring and Steps to show up on my Apple Fitness App again?
