I am trying to redeem my trade-in credit from Phobio and the page says it's expired.
I was never informed that trade-in credits could expire, and I believe the credits shouldn't expire as it's not a "reward" but a trade-in value I got by selling my old device.
I've sent an email to their support email but just wanted to ask for help here to see if anyone knows what to do while waiting for their response. Thanks!
It's Apple's official trade-in program Apple Trade In - Apple so I am guessing it's kind of related to Apple?

I traded in last April. I now suspect that it was the link to redeem the card has expired. I've already contacted the support by email. Hopefully, they'll allow me to restore my credits.
I'm not sure what this has to do with Apple...
