Phobia gift card from trade in

I am trying to redeem my trade in credit from phobia and it stating EXPIRED?! I have almost $700 I have no intentions of giving away and I can’t reach anyone anywhere? Help?!

I was never informed that trade-in credits could expire, and I believe the credits shouldn't expire as it's not a "reward" but a trade-in value I got by selling my old device. Giftcard PIN shows invalid I bought 2 gift apple cards ($100 each) back in Apr-2023 from target. Today I thought to redeem these but when I tried to enter these PIN, it didn't show up. What I should do in this case now? Thanks [Edited by Moderator]
