My iPhone charger will not fit all the way into my AirPods charging port

First try to clean your AirPods and charging port following these instructions: How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods.
If the issue continues, test using a different charger with your AirPods to see if this improves things.
