Missing Dexcom G7 complication on Apple Watch

im registered blind (although I have some sight). I use the X-Large watch face to show the tune and I’ve previously had the Dexcom G6 or G7 complication which was fantastic.

following a recent reset/purchase of Apple Watch Ultra the only faces with the Dexcom complications are Utility or Modular connect.

can anyone help me to restore my Dexcom G7 complication to the X-large watch face please?
