Apple watch Ultra for Ireland, GPS only?

Hi!

I am looking to buy an Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Ireland. I see they are advertised as GPS only, no mention of E-sim. Is the apple watch sold in Ireland physically different from the one sold in other European countries? Or is just the case that no Irish operator offers E-sim for it yet so it's not advertised?

If next year one operator decides to offer E-sim functionality for Apple Watch Ultra, will the one I am buying today be ready for it? Will it work?

under the impression apple needs an agreement with some carrier before they sell the cellular version in a country, the in therms of physically difference then, to the best of our knowledge then there are 2 versions, one which works in usa, canada, mexico and one that works in the rest of the world
