so i woke up one morning to notice a green bar on my iphone's screen. the light is so bright that it gives you headache if you use it for long. i contacted customer support, they asked me to visit to local store in India. i did that and they asked 28000/- to replace the screen.
But is it really my responsibility to do that? Apple charging ton of money and then not usable after few years. is it their trick to boost the sell as one can see it is dropping.
Your display has likely failed.
It's not a trick, everything electronic has a finite service life, and the iPhone 11 is now four years old.
Since your phone is out of warranty, you may want to shop around for screen replacement pricing if Apple cannot help you to your liking directly, but beware a third party screen may cause issues with some functions of your device.

everything electronic has finite life, it make sense not to invest much in them. Lesson learnt. Will definitely go for 3rd party display. Get it cheap, as it is not going to last anyways.
But note a third-party display may not have the full functionality of your Apple display; ultimately it's your decision as the consumer.
