What to recover my previous account on Authenticator i delete

Can’t have access to my Facebook bcoz i delete my previous acc Authenticator, how can i get to my previous acc on Authenticator now

New iPhone 16 logged me out of Instagram and FaceBook I got the new iphone 16 and found that I had been logged out of my IG and FB accounts. Facebook: I enter my username and password, then next screens says "We sent a notification to your iPhone 13. Check your Facebook notifications there and approve the login to continue" I do not have my old phone (traded in). Instagram: I enter my username and password, then the next screen says "Enter a 6-digit login code generated by an authentication app" not sure what authentication app its referring to? I downloaded Google Authenticator but never get a code. I have these accounts for 10+ years, and am desperate to get back in, if only for all the photos and memories there!! Recover Authenticator apps and data I have transferred to a new iPhone - can I still access the authenticator apps I had on my old iPhone if it has been reset? I have lost my previous Authenticator apps from my old phone and now cannot use the codes to login to Facebook. I still have access to the old phone but a family member is using it on a new iTunes account. I have heard if you log out of the current users iTunes and login with my iTunes I may be able to recover the old authentification apps from the old phone I used to use?

I lost the google Authenticator I changed my phone and copied all the apps from my old phone to the new one. But I forget about the Google Authenticator. How can I recover my account? I have some apps that need the code to open my account. Please help my old phone was formatted.
