Welcome Dianacastillo,

We understand that you are unable to access iCloud on your device. To clarify, is your Apple ID greyed out in Settings? If so, we'd like to provide you with some direction that may help to resolve this issue:

"If you go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad and you can't click your Apple ID, you might have restrictions turned on. Learn how to check if you turned on restrictions for your Apple ID, and how to turn them off.

Content & Privacy Restrictions are a part of Screen Time designed to prevent children from making unwanted changes to their account. If you turned this on for any other reason and want to make changes to your account, you can use these steps on your iPhone or iPad.

An iPhone showing the owner's name greyed out at the top of Settings.

If you can't click your Apple ID

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  3. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down to the Allow Changes section.
  4. Tap Account Changes, and set it to Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode.

In Content & Privacy Restrictions settings, any items that aren't set to Allow can't be changed unless you edit your settings.

If you can't click other options in Settings

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  3. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down and check if any settings are set to Don't Allow.
  4. If so, tap the setting, then choose Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode."
