Larger keyboard on iPhone 14
I have fat fingers and I can’t find a keyboard that when I’m typing "doesn’t make so many mistakes" I can spell better than what I'm typing ....iphone14

As another option you may also try using Slide to Type (after ensuring it's enabled at Settings > General > Keyboard > Slide to Type), and see if that ends up working smoother.
