Wireless Microphone with iPad Air (USB C) - Where in my Settings?

Picked up the OSA Wireless Lavalier Microphone from Amazon, which uses a Bluetooth receiver that attaches via USB C (and other attachments) to connect with the mic’s (comes with 2).

I can’t find it under Sounds or Microphone in my iPad Air settings so I can make adjustments, not to mention not working with Zoom or another chat apps even if I’m just using it without my wireless earphones.

It does work with recording apps, so I know it works with the iPad Air, not to mention it works with Windows laptop, Android and iPhone that I’ve tested so far.

Questions:

1) How to I find it in my settings?

2) How do I make it work with chat apps?
