i got a new SIM card yesterday and everything is normal except my music is showing only my moms playlists, it seems i was logged out of my own apple music account and i cannot figure out how to log back in.

You may want to first check that you are signed in (to your iPhone) with your Apple ID:
Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Then: For Apple music:
Open the Apple Music app and tap Listen Now.
In the top-right corner, tap the photo icon.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
