i used iPhone X before I forgotten the passcode so I sell my phone parts now I got new iPhone how can new the passcod

Hi Alijffgy,
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like in setting up your new iPhone, you are attempting to enable iCloud Keychain which will ask for your old passcode as a security measure. You can reset it instead since you don't know the passcode. The following is from Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support.
"If you choose to "Approve Later" when signing in to your Apple ID, you need to approve with an old passcode or from another device when prompted. If you're unable to approve, reset your end-to-end encrypted data when prompted."
