How to update my devices listed here

When I submit something here, the post always lists my devices and OS, but as many people do I sometimes get a new Mac, iPad, or iPhone and I sometimes update the OS. This is not automatically reflected in the list of devices and I can't locate anything here where I can update the information. Where is it?
