Airplay to Sonos Speakers from iPad over local network, without internet?

I'm going camping and want to watch a movie on the projector. It's off grid but with power so i can power the projector and a Sonos Speaker with Airplay 2. If i bring a Router and connect the Speaker to that, can i airplay the audio from the ipad? I'll connect the iPad to the Wifi aswell. Keeping in mind that I'll be using HDMI out to the projector. Also, if there is a better solution for this, I do have an Apple TV 4K....

AirPlay Dolby Atmos from AppleTV to Sonos Is it possible to play Dolby Atmos sound, or other multi-channel sound, from Apple TV 4K through Airplay to third party speakers with airplay support? If so, which ones? All or just some?
