Is AAA roadside satellite service not available for iPhone 14 plus and iPhone 15 plus? Or iPhone 14 pro max and iPhone 15 pro max?

Use Roadside Assistance via satellite on your iPhone - Apple Support says: “Use Roadside Assistance via satellite on your iPhone With iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 15, or iPhone 15 Pro, you can text for roadside assistance when you're off the grid with no cellular and Wi-Fi coverage.”
So does this mean that iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max will have no access to Roadside Assistance via satellite on their iPhones, even if they are AAA members?
