bluetooth problem during the mouse connect

bluetooth mouse of dell MS3302W it is connect .but it not working

please kindly solve my problem

If the mouse is connected to bluetooth, but still not working, I'd think the mouse is defective.

Being the mouse is a Dell product, and not an Apple product, I suggest you contact Dell tech support. Dell is actually pretty good in my experience.
