Can’t do a group chat with someone that has a android phone. 6 people in the chat, 1 has android phone. All I get is individual texts from the group. I’ve done all the resets. I had the same problem with my IPhone 11, now I got the 14pro max still same problem. What’s up Apple.
Nothing is up with Apple. What is up is your carrier has not configured SMS/MMS correctly on your account. You will have to contact your carrier’s tech support to resolve this. Who is your carrier? Most SMS/MMS problems are due to Verizon’s incompetence, but occasionally other carriers mess up also.
