Thanks! It does look like a keyboard type problem, the machine may think it is ANSI instead of ISO. Check the support for that windows keyboard to see if it has internal settings that might change that. Otherwise here is a page that may have some fixes

Please provide info about exactly what doesn't work right. If keys don't make what is printed on them, tell us what they make instead. Without such info it's impossible to know whether keyboard "type" is even relevant.
Every other keys seem to work fine. But the one I've marked are reversed. So each of them is printing what the other one should print. The selected input source is French Canadian -CSA, which is working fine in the previous system. Every other type of french has the whole keyboard currently available doesn't match the keyboard.
