I applied for and received an apple credit card. On my work phone and used a different Apple ID than the one I use for personal phone. I no longer have a work phone, how can I change the card over to my current phone and ID?

I just want to make it easier to pay bill and use it.

So, what isn’t working for you now? Basically, you’re to put it politely upside down. Apple Card Mastercards are forever tied to the account (Apple ID) you used when you applied for the card. Goldman Sachs can’t change this and neither can Apple.

The email address for that account can be changed. You can change the email by following the link below. But, and there’s always a but, your personal account and the former business account can’t be merged. You’ll have to log into one account to see your Apple Card in the Wallet and then log into your personal account to see everything else.

Apple ID Accounts cannot be merged. It’s just not an option. Your choices are what I’ve outlined above, no exceptions. How do you permanently fix the issue? Explain the situation to an Apple Card specialist at Goldman Sachs bank and close your account. Once the account is paid off, you can reapply for a new account using your personal Apple ID.
