I brought a second hand phone of FB market, it’s been wipe but during setup it stops and says I need Original Apple ID password for account? / find my phone is on obviously ,, is this a stolen phone?? If not is there a way to get around this step?
Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the marketplace for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure.

yea contact the person you bough the phone from, only the original apple id can remove the activation lock.
If you can't get a hold of said person the phone is useless.
