Hi, Rafael Campo, I'd suggest you find and play around with Audio MIDI setup, which should be in your "Utilities" folder somewhere on your MacBook Pro...something might have gotten stuck, or set to a frequency/output that doesn't work, eg, your default should be 44.1 khz, 16 bit, 2 channel ...and either Line Out, Built in or if your MacBook Pro has it/supports it, Digital audio output.... Just a moment, though, please help me out here,,,, your question is about a Mac Pro, Xeon E5 late 2013 which would be a Mac Pro 6,1 (aka the "TrashCan/Cylinder Mac Pro" I'm not saying it's bad at all, or that it's trash, but that's what its shape and overall design/appearance reminded people of, a cylinder or a Trash Can, and....straight from Apple, here's the specs on your Mac Pro 6,1...
Mac Pro (Late 2013) - Technical Specifications (CA)
I just wanted to make sure we're both on the same page here, and that we're clear about which Mac you're referring to, as your device identifier, above the date here, says "MacBook Pro 13" , MacOS 11.6"
Apple says it supports HDMI multichannel audio output (Nice , very nice indeed, my classic Mac Pro 5,1 doesn't do that) , combined optical digital audio output/analog line out minijack... (which is Mini Toslink)or 3.5 mm analog audio output via the headphone minijack... (pretty neat, too) , and 3.5 mnmm headphone jack with headset support... which means if you're using it for headphones only, it's TRS (3 pole) but if you're using it for headphones with a microphone, eg headset, it's gotta be TRRS....4 pole.... and it does have a built in speaker as well, for backup/emergency use... WHEWWW !! anyways, go to system preferences, > Sound> Alerts/effects, then output, then "Play sound/Alert/Effect through", and choose built in speaker and pick a sound/alert/effect, and play it...if you hear that sound... if you hear audio....then you have a working output device...
Here's a neat trick you SHOULD know... if you hold down the "Option" key on your keyboard, and then click on the speaker icon at the top right part of your menu, it'll show you all available audio outputs and which ones are working and selected. Give it a try, it'll also open up Sound Preferences for you, so you can change them as needed
Good luck

Troubleshooting No Output Devices Found":
A Reinstall May Work:
Reinstall the macOS:
Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be, respectively. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support
Important:
Create a Time Machine Backup, First:
Prior to the re-installation of your macOS, be certain to backup your Mac using a Time Machine Backup. That way, you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Use an external hard drive that is at least 1.5 the total storage capacity.
