How to delete a post ?

You cannot. Once you post something, it becomes Apple's property.

Only the Host can delete things. If you posted something that you feel should be removed because it might compromise your privacy (or someone else's) or if you realize that you said things you shouldn't have, you can post the link here and someone Level 2 or above will be able to report it for you. I don't see that you've posted anything else, though.
