Hello, please help, I tried all options for photo recovery. On iPhone (XR), neither iCloud was connected nor there was a backup. The photo was deleted today, first simply, and then from “Recently Deleted”. I can’t restore it from iTunes, I tried all the methods. Please, help. Thank you in advance

Sorry, there is no way to recover the photo. The Recently Deleted folder is the 2nd chance to make sure you want to delete the photo permanently, so when deleted from there it does just that. Having a backup would have been the only other way to recover the photo, which is not possible in your case.
