Absurdly high screen time

I am facing this issue where my screen time is not being recorded properly. I have consulted with the support team multiple times and it seems that they don't have a solution for this too. Even after putting the Mac to sleep my screen time is still recorded and by the morning I find the screen time already by 7 or 8hrs. And inspite of closing the websites the screen time still shows those websites to be running

my daily avg has rose to 18hrs just because of this issue whereas in real time I use the device only for 5 to 6 hrs

Troubleshooting Screen Time on a Mac:

A. Disable Screen Time:

Is Screen Time in use? If so, you are unable to access this info. So, ask the person who locked this to disable Screen Time. They would hav the password. Learn More Here: Use Screen Time on your Mac - Apple Support

B. Boot in Safe Mode:

In Safe ModeLogin Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, attempting another update install. For instructions, go here: How to Use safe Mode on your Mac - Apple Support

C. Try a New Admin User:

What happens when you create a new administrator user, and log into it? Do you still get this error? If not, then it is likely an error with the current user. If so, then it is likely an error with your Mac.

D. A Reinstall May Work:

Reinstall the macOS:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be, respectively. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support

Important:

Create a Time Machine Backup, First:

Prior to the re-installation of your macOS, be certain to backup your Mac using a Time Machine Backup. That way, you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Use an external hard drive that is at least 1.5 the total storage capacity.
